By accessing and using TagSingCo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by Daloy Tech Solutions OPC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

What TagSingCo Is All About

We're your online karaoke hub! You can sing, join rooms with friends, and have fun - all through YouTube's karaoke videos.

TagSingCo is a social karaoke platform that utilizes YouTube's content for karaoke sessions. Users can:

  • Create and join karaoke sessions
  • Access YouTube karaoke content
  • Interact with other users in real-time
  • Save song preferences (automatically deleted after 30 days)

3. User Accounts

Your TagSingCo Account

Think of your account like your personal karaoke booth - keep it secure and use real information when setting it up!

3.1. Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3.2. Account sessions automatically expire after 30 days of inactivity for security.

3.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Security Tips:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Never share your account credentials
  • Log out when using shared devices
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available

4. Content and Copyright

Respecting Content Rights

We use YouTube's karaoke videos legally. Just like at a real karaoke bar, you can sing along, but you can't copy or download the songs.

4.1. The Service utilizes YouTube's content in compliance with YouTube's terms of service.

4.2. Users must respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

4.3. We do not claim ownership of YouTube content used through our platform.

Important: Recording or downloading content from TagSingCo is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Premium Experience (₱249/month)

Designed for personal and private entertainment with family and friends.

  • Permitted Uses:
    • Personal entertainment at home
    • Private gatherings with family and friends
    • Non-commercial social events
    • Unlimited private session duration
  • Features:
    • 1 Private Karaoke Room
    • Enhanced audio and visual quality
    • Animated reactions and custom emojis
    • Live polls and voting features
    • Priority chat with custom emojis
  • Limitations:
    • Not for use in commercial venues or public spaces
    • Cannot be used for paid events or services
    • Limited to personal, non-commercial contexts

Content Creator Experience (Coming Soon)

For aspiring karaoke streamers and entertainers.

  • Features:
    • 1 Live Broadcasting session
    • Live song request functionality
    • Monetization features (tips, virtual gifts)
    • Fan engagement tools

  • Requirements:

  • Requirements:
    • Must have a legal place of operation
    • Compliance with local venue regulations
    • Proper music licensing for commercial use

24-Hour Fiesta Pass

Perfect for one-time events and parties.

  • Features:
    • 24-hour access to Premium features
    • All Premium tier features included
    • No long-term commitment
  • Limitations:
    • Expires 24 hours after activation
    • Non-commercial use only
    • Cannot be combined with other subscriptions

YouTube Content Compliance

  • Content Usage:
    • All karaoke content is provided through YouTube's API Services
    • Users must comply with YouTube API Services Terms of Service
    • No downloading, recording, or redistribution of YouTube content
    • Content must be played directly through our platform
    • Modifications or alterations to YouTube content are strictly prohibited
  • Music Licensing Requirements:
    • Business venues must obtain appropriate public performance licenses
    • Required licenses may include but are not limited to:
      • FILSCAP (Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers)
      • Local music licensing organizations
    • Responsibility for proper licensing lies with the venue operator

Important Copyright Notice

All users must acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • TagSingCo's service does not grant any rights to the musical content itself
  • Separate licensing is required for public performance of copyrighted material
  • Failure to obtain proper licensing may result in legal action from rights holders
  • Account suspension will occur if copyright violations are detected

By using TagSingCo, you agree to comply with all copyright and licensing requirements

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

It's essential to understand our refund and cancellation terms.

By subscribing to TagSingCo, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy:

  • Premium Subscriptions:
    • 7-day refund window from initial subscription
    • Refund only if service was not used
    • Cancel anytime - billing stops at end of current period
    • No partial refunds for unused time
  • Business Subscriptions:
    • 3-day refund window from initial subscription
    • No refunds once service has been used in commercial setting
    • 30-day notice required for cancellation
    • No refunds for any add-on services or features
  • Refund Exclusions:
    • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
    • Accounts suspended for Terms violations
    • Subscription renewals after initial period
    • Custom business packages

Refund requests must be submitted through our Support Portal.

Billing Cycles and Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled
  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Business subscriptions are billed quarterly or annually
  • Renewal notices sent 7 days before billing
  • Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

    • Service availability or uninterrupted access
    • Accuracy or completeness of content
    • Specific features or functionality
    • Security or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGSINGCO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
    • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
    • Business interruption or downtime
    • Personal injury or property damage
    • Any claims by third parties
    • Damages from content accessed through our platform
    • Issues arising from technical malfunctions
  • Specifically for business users:
    • Licensing or permit violations
    • Copyright infringement claims
    • Regulatory non-compliance
    • Disputes with customers or third parties

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TagSingCo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content or activities under your account
  • Any licensing or regulatory violations

Additional Legal Protections

  • Force Majeure: TagSingCo is not liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver
  • Survival: All provisions related to liability, indemnification, and warranties survive termination
